The housekeeping downstairs could of given us a few cups but it was still very good. Towel folding in shape of animals nice touch. All staff were excellent; helpful; friendly. Anys, Agus, Made Widarta were exceptional.

Cannot think of one thing, our whole experiences has been extremely positive. From the moment we arrived all staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic welcome to your hotel by all staff that greeted us. In particular Mursalim was very kind and helpful as we arrived into Bali 8.30AM which is well before official check-in time. He was very helpful getting us settled into this lovely hotel. Thank you.

Very happy with everything. Last time in March when I stay the showers were cold and not very good; this time they were fantastic. All staff have been really helpful and kind with everything.

Found Ramada Camakila a very pleasant place to stay. A young lady at the reception was very helpful and a must compliment Anys our breakfast waitress who has the happiest smile to help everyone start their day with laughter. She is great. Thank you all staff for your help and friendliness.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the delightful three weeks my wife and I have had in your hotel.
We were previleged to have a very special room (#1208) and it was delightful.
The staff that looked after us in the room, at the breakfast and at the front desk were superb. They did everything for us and more. Always friendly faces, big smiles and a willingness to make our stay have a very enjoyable one.

I would like to thank you for the lovely accommodation you supplied for my friend Marlene Fitzgerald and myself on the 25th and 26th March, 2011.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us and made us feel at home and comfortable.
Breakfast was a real treat, everything was presented so clean and nice, the food wa excelent.

Our holiday at the Ramada Camakila has been most enjoyable. The friendliness of your staff, the high level of service, the promptness of fulfilling requests, the maintenance of your gardens and the exceptional quality of the food at both restaurants are things that we have rarely experienced at other hotels after our many trips to Bali.
It is very obvious that the staff at the hotel have a professional pride in their work and we understand that this has contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday. I am sending you this E.mail to inform you that Inga and his staff put on a wonderfull ceremony for Christine and myself for the renewal of our wedding vows on the 1st Dec 2010.
Also all the staff from Security, Gardeners ,Room Attendants, Breakfast Staff, Engineering staff who helped fix my surfboard and everybody else were all so friendly that we will tell all our friends that you could not stay at a better resort.

To Manager, Receptionist & all Staff, My wife & I spent our time in Camakila from Wed 20/10/10..Sat 30/10/10 in room 1207. We had the most wonderful time spent on the Resort. All your Staff from Breakfast through to Room Service, Room Cleaners were absolutely FANTASTIC!! What we observed was pure perfection. Rutih in Breakfast time was just one of many being so nice & warm to us and everyone around us just made our Holidays unforgettable. We only had one regret & that was leaving all the wonderful People behind..A Great Resort, Great staff willing to help us through our Holidays. I have just experienced the fantastic service provided by your staff during my 6 day stay and wanted to pass on my Thanks.
It is the first time I have visited Bali in 20 years and I attended a friends wedding whilst in Bali. I had the opportunity to visit other wedding guests at their hotels and am very happy that I chose Ramada Resort Camakila as my place to stay as it is a long way in front of any other I saw.
Your staff are fantastic, polite, helpful and friendly from the Porter and Front Desk / Check-in, Restaraunt, Hospitality / Cleaning / Gardening and Security and we even had the opportunity to meet the Chef.
The rooms were always clean and the grounds of the resort perfect, the pool was fantastic and the food was excellent - we didn't even eat outside the Hotel as the food was so good!
Unfortunately I developed the infamous Bali Belly and your staff were also very helpful in suggesting and providing a quick remedy - Hot Black Tea - which worked perfectly.
I will certainly be staying again should I get the opportunity to visit Bali in the future and also recommending the Resort to all my friends and family who visit Bali.
I would really appreciate it is you could ensure all the staff are congratulated for such a great experience.
